I’m a human with a vision to put up a nest where the stigma of psychology is erased along with an advanced thought in mental health literacy. Building a comfortable space for each and every individual to open up and engage in addressing their issues and insecurities is a dream for all, isn’t it? This has been my driving force all my life.
I have masters in Psychology, M.Phil in Organizational Psychology, PhD in Consultant Corporate cum Performance Psychology and is a certified Behavior Coach. We have opened a studio-‘Roldant Rejuvenation’, in Cochin, where you can come and refuel your minds with energy to assist your journey through life. I’m a Corporate Trainer for the past 25 years with Global experience in unique psychological trainings and has completed more than 20,000 hours of training and coaching for the Corporate Sector and different target groups. Over the past 10 years, I‘ve had the honour to prepare Performance Coach packages for ‘The Real Madrid FC’ in Spanish League, ‘Teams in Indian Premier League’ and ‘The Kerala Strikers’ in the Celebrity Cricket League.
